If you are a utilitarian you could kill for the greater good..... ie if you capped someone to stop them spreading a incurable disease, it would be for the greater good. but kantian ethics say a human life can never be taken for good and no matter how bad someone is a human life does not deserve to be lost.... anyhow if someone did sick shit to family like rape or kill i wouldnt want to kill them, i would want to torture the cunts and make there life a living hell not just ending it. which is exactly what they should do that fritzal mutha fucka from austria.
